The Fyel-men are Humans who have settled the Fyel mountain range. They have largely been subjugated by the local Mang Fyel, and live either in the sparse Oases that have survived the geological events of the area or else in the settlements of the Mang Fyel. They speak a Humanized dialect of Fyelli.
