Halumi is a large estate nestled by the cliffs of the Great Northwest Plateau, on the edge of the Miuxleb Desert. It is run by a Sehali who calls herself by the same name, and is a major centre for the slave trade. At date of termination, it was home to roughly 1800 Sehali, 1400 Humans, 600 T'iken, 240 Oekin, 80 Mang Khyel, and a large variety of non-sentient fauna.
